               Nutrition and Wellness Seminar at Leesburg Library

Gary Wayne, a Master Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, will be presenting a seminar on nutrition and wellness at the Leesburg Public Library on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 10 A.M.

Master Wayne has been in the exercise field for over 30 years.  He is the owner of The Family Martial Arts Center in Mount Dora.  Master Wayne also offers nutritional classes that focus on proper eating habits and the danger of high fat/sugar diets.  He also promotes the ancient art of   for the spiritual development of students.
